It makes sense that they’d try to avoid releasing major update during an event, but it’s not a rule set in stone.
Edit: This update was likely planned to release in the gap between Raider Hunter and Rocket Storm but for some reason they had to push Rocket Storm forward a few days. Maybe to make room for april fools event

Considering how slow chaff moves I’m baffeled by the notion of a low grade pd holding lock on ANY amount past the initial drop, but whatever
From what I remember, Smin just said that it’ll be a BMD, not specifically a BMD-4, so it may very well be a BMD-1.
