I swear to god, if they don’t mix up the map pool a bit in yet another update, I’m gonna lose my mind

How can there be so many unused maps in just one game?

Where have you seen anything relating to those ? Here, we’re trying to locate instances of the devs saying plans for things to come later than tomorrow 's update, but I can’t find anything they’ve said abt these.

I shudder at the thought of the horrors that this thing will unleash if it gets placed at a BR below 12.0

Except the leopards aren’t balanced
And the reports on armor for the type 10 vs the in game representation are so off that you can’t justify the armor values in game

To also put this in perspective
The armor for the turret cheeks goes from the commanders sight to inside the arrowhead
Same with the gunners side turret cheek
You check this and see it yourself with photos of the type 10
The UFP is also incorrect.
Technically speaking what I’m asking for it isn’t too crazy
It’s just a numbers game for them to update. If they want to actually fix it they have 2 options
Remove all tanks of the TKX and type 10
The tanks are too advanced and too well protected to be in the game as it stands
Or B
Fix the armor modeling depending on which weight class they wish to stay with
44.1 T requires additional armor around the sides
Drivers footwell and UFP (estimated 800MM of RHA equivalent for the drivers area)
Turret cheeks exceeding 1,000MM of RHA
(Per the post from earlier and all sources we have access to we can accurately determine the armor equivalent is 1000-1,200MM of RHA)
Turret rotation speed is slower than what the am IRL tank is capable of (48s)
Gun elevation is actually +15

Fun depression is actually-12*

If they wish to not keep it at its weight and wish to reduce it
Everything applies but the side modules need removed on the turret

Tank is missing its 26 times optical zoom
It’s missing acceleration
It’s missing its missing neutral steer speed
The tank dimensions are all incorrect in game it’s depicted as being just as big as the type 90 however the tank is considerably smaller than the type 90

Or the devs and mods can go with the mild fix approach
Just typing in the 1.4 multiplier for the tanks armor
Adjusting the UFP to 620
turret cheeks to 790
Fixing all other known issues with the mobility
Then the tank is fixed and balanced

Where the rest of Chi-Ri fixes? Where Ki-102 bombs? Where Ke-Ni name change?

And most importantly, where Ki-64 and Ki-93? Where F-2?

Correcting the UFP and turret cheeks isn’t a big ask
It won’t make the tank “imbalanced” or “overpowered”
We already have tanks in game with impenetrable upper front plate armor and turret cheek armor
Leopard 2A7 (has an entire section in the middle of the hull that can’t be penetrated nor can its turret cheeks)
Abrams Sep and sep v2 (turret cheeks can’t be penned UFP impenetrable)
T-90M (turret cheeks and UFP can’t be penetrated)
This excludes their weakspots which again would stay the same on the TKX and type 10 variants

Do you think it’s a big ask for the Challengers to get their correct ready-rack size?
Or for them to model that pin that goes in the massive hole in its breech?
Or to revert the damage model of the CH3TD back to the one that actually corresponded to the 3D model?

Japan isn’t alone in this. Your tanks are being as mistreated as ours, those of the Frenchies and those of the Italians.

Dunno about the durability of a landing Ka-Mi, but yeah, the Ka-Chi is frontally near impenetrable

And I also stated those are the next I’ll be fighting for
The issues for your tanks will be fairly represented as well

Not what I’m asking. I’d like to know where the developers have said they are in the plans.

If it’s at any BR with an F-14 it’s going to get cooked all day every day. It’ll be the Iran-Iraq War (A complete and utter turkey shooter for the F-14s) all over again except the Mig-25s are the only type of turkey being shot at and instead of Iraqi wails it’ll be commie cries.

I’d rather have it be a sitting duck most of the time than having it be that one plane that always runs away for 25 minutes because it literally cannot turn around and face its enemies after the initial pass
