- 2 updates later. its never really happened that germany got the thing in the next update if it missed something but rather 2 or 3-4 updates later. the only case where i personally remeber when it got something on time was the Eurofighter

They definitely are but i hate that they dont get the treatment to not go to 14.0, it shouldn’t be 14.0 but gaijin loves their bandaid solutions.

I think it’ll be F-2A and J-10B in June, and probably Gripen E.
It would make sense for them to have some sort of rivalry in the trailer (wishful thinking I know).

It’ll be F-16C Block whatever for 2 minutes and than a 0.5 second clip of those 3 on the runway, calling it now

Yeah, the best 90’s radar that’s probably on par with everyone else’s 2000’s stuff (in tech), and then blows that out of the water with raw power.
It has a MAWS, and I’m not sure what you mean by APS
HMD has been tested too, and planned to receive one in service soon
God please no, it doesn’t need to be added yet, thats what we need is a Gripen that cant use EW what a smart idea…
Sounds like ideal material to split the F-22A into an early and a late variant with the early getting no HMD, the original radar and only basic AIM-120Cs and the late variant getting HMD, the V(1) radar and whatever AIM-120 variant Gaijin thinks would be appropriate by then.

Not to be that guy, but they most likely are gonna release the Gripen E as just a slight upgrade over the C.
They’ll change the radar to the AESA variant, swap the engine, add the IRST, add two hardpoints and call it a day lol
what about eft and rafale? the F-15E/I only became 14.0 when eft and rafale were added along with new 14.0 BR (F-15E/I was 13.7 pre-eft and rafale)
See i hate these types of comments. I get that people think the E will fix everything but all that does is hinder the E.
Gripen NG is the E but without the EW kit and a different rear wing design. So why not add a unique Gripen that can be on par with the current 14.0’s so that when we get to new missiles and EW the E can arrive?
NG also came before the E so why skip straight to the E? I more so hate these comments because i meet people who have no idea what they are talking about and assume.im wrong despite them not even knowing the NG exists.
They’ll just be like, “the Gripen NG was just a tech demonstrator, so it isn’t necessary as we can add the E straightaway”

If gaijin wanted to they can add a few different models of NG as premium. As the NG has a few where the IRST mount isn’t present.
Also the NG/E is bigger than a Gripen C. Its not 2 hardpoints its 9. 7 meteor/Fox3 and 2 IRIS-T or whatever missile gaijin wants.
Gripen E literally has the strongest EW kit right now. No reason to add it in a gimped form outside of dullards who have no idea the NG exists (no offense, just get tired of people saying Gripen E should be added next.)
AJ and AJS alongside JA can mount the ECM pod on either far left or right wing tip.
Well, I’m not saying they should do it like that, but judging by past decisions, it seems very likely that they will do it like that.
I can’t imagine them seeing EW not being modelled as a reason not to add the Gripen E straightaway.
