Major Update "Hornet Sting" - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 4)

Tbh was hoping for an r class for this update but got something even better instead

type 45 when?

Nah, not my style, give me the classics and im satisfied

Yeah, Warspite or KGV are the only 2 ships that would have been good enough to " replace" revenge class. But I do hope it comes sooner rather than later and I dont see the issue of just giving Britain 2x ships in 1 update in the future

Question is… Which?

Dragon for the epic livery or Duncan for TV appearances

Tbh Britain should’ve got one last year if anything when stuff like the bayern came into the game

Yeah… the poor planning when it comes to when we got event and TT ships over the past 2 years has been pretty telling

I mean, the HMS Royal Sovereign could just be added in the exact same configuration to Britain with just a different coat of paint. Gaijin loves copy paste after all

We tried to get that done, but it was rejected

Yep, though the lack of rust might take a while to model :P

Dafuq? Gaijin rejecting copy paste?
I understood the Rafale getting rejected, but this?

Because we were getting rodney it was rejected

Britain’s cold war navy is pretty disappointing too, as much as that is the era I’d love to see.

Not that the Type 45 is cold war obviously

Guided missile ships are what could potentially get me into naval though, and the USSR would still dominate so it works out for Gaijin, I would love me a Sovremenny-class

County-class destroyers could come anyday imo without issue. After that Type 21/22 Frigates or Type 42 Destroyers would be tricky but manageable imo

Thing is it would fit nicely there inbetween colossus and rodney

Dragon for sure

But Being Welsh, is it part of Britain? :P

Hey

Objectively yes, but also if we ever lose Scotland or Northern Ireland, I say we should slap that dragon right in the middle of our flag, dragons are just cool

But in all seriousness last update we kinda kicked up a bit of a stir over a revenge class in the British tree (justified though imo) and were basically told no
