About two Pakistan and North Korea on the top of my head
Taiwan and Pakistan are the premier ones, with a possibility of other Asian nations that do not fit japan, like malaysia or singapore, but it’s unlikely at best. The most prevalent vehicles will still be the Domestic Chinese ones anyway, subtree isn’t particularly needed at high tiers

But singapore fits japan way more then China.
There is a giant part of the community special singaporeans themself who would rather see the game burn or singapore never to be added. Before it gets added to china

Correct me if I’m wrong but there are virtually no ties between Japan and Singapore, especially militarily.
Making it a japanese subtree makes as much sense as SK

Thailand has no ties either.
Of they decide to add asean to japan thats just it.
It can be done there is no major problem with it.
Benelux was added to france as well with netherlands having no relations to justify it being added to france.

Well the two nations signed the economic trade agreement so there is something there.

In a sense that would justify them being added to wt anyways, Singapore has strong trade and diplomatic relations with both Japan and China so there is relative indifference there

Not to get into too murky of a subject Singapores Terrex APCs were held up in HK and China didn’t release them for 2 months despite Singapores requests for their release. It’s not as strong as you may think.
