Not really you kinda keep brushing off why the NOMADS was added. We didn’t need another SPAA that fills a gap that doesn’t exist, how about a new helicopter, or a 5.x plane, or low tier SPAA? Why add a top tier Sam that’s worthless?
Any new ground vehicle has nothing to do with a Helicopter or plane. These are totally different teams.
Nothing has been brushed off, the NOMADS has been added to expand available options and provide an alternative to the Elde too. This is part of the expansion of Norwegian vehicles in the Swedish tree.
It has not come “instead of” lower tier SPAA.

Its still a bit odd to see sweden’s 12.0 Ground BR now exist for 75% SPAA (4 12.0 tanks, 3 of them are SPAA)
and especially since this is a sidegrade of the EldE at best, and imo a downgrade (no vertical lauchers) its a bit of an odd addition choice
Alternative was we added a vehicle that can’t move because our game can’t handle lmao anywho here’s another Elde that should’ve been added prior but don’t worry the you guys definitely needed this right now over anything else
