Major Update "Firebirds" - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 3)

I think Smin already said there is not enough data for the O-I to be implemented.

There isnt enough Japanese heavy tanks to be on its own line in tech tree anyway, there are only 2 HT optimistically number that Japanese developed.

it’s more like different things, making new things and fix existing things. Gaijin easily accept what they collect when making a vehicle, and a little hard to implement issues when in dev server, very hard to implement in live server.
sadly, it’s hard for gaijin to collect information about Chinese vehicles, so it will always be something wrong in Chinese vehicles. And no Chinese tech mod makes it harder to fix things

Hopefully the update drops on Tuesday but Thursday wouldn’t surprise me either.

Regardless i am just happy to have the OSA to get for 4 seperate nations and play with

A+ will have AMRAAMs so itll be plenty

well the 15E’s is the worst offender for that practice from what i could find. still does the an/apg-70 even support HMS slaving? or does it really only have 1 datalink channel?

wouldn’t even be any bad tho

we literally have all ASSTA 3 exclusive weapons that fit in game now on the ASSTA 1

is it blueprint or was they mock ups?

Some kind of Ro-Go improvement.
Ro-Go experimental at 1.7 → O-I at least 6.0 BR that’s quite a jump BR.
While the rest like Type 4 is out of the question.

I’m not against proto/blueprint tanks for Japanese since they are desperately need as their native vehicles, but heavy tanks isn’t needed.

It’ll still be in a place where it’ll likely be too good at 13.3 but subpar at 13.7.

Not necessarily

Im not sure Gaijin can wait 3 years I see first Stealth Gen 5 late 2025 early 2026

  • AIM-120B: An upgraded version of the AIM-120A, featuring improved guidance and a more powerful rocket motor . It entered service in 1998.

Seems there is conflicting information on the 120B

I mean there is the Type 4 O-Ro and Type 5 O-Ro Kai but the sources on that things existence is rough at best and completely fake at worst. The only actual information is post-soviet collapse archive information from WW2 that people refer to but I can’t even find the original source but apparently it existed.

there are more official source prove that 120b is just same as a, even early 120C is almost same

That source is erroneous, the elongated +5" motor (& Small GCS, needed to maintain the Center of Gravity) were only introduced with the Lot 12 (-120C-5) production run.

The difference between the AIM-120A and -120B is that the latter uses an Electronically Reprogrammable GCS section, so doesn’t need to undergo a deep maintenance cycle to update the Software that it runs. And as such there are later revisions of the -120A that are equivalent to the -120B at various stages.

The main change was the introduction of Clipped wings & fins for internal carriage on the F-22.

The only different they could add to the AIM-120B in game is improved ECM and better tracking rates due to later software upgrades but that’s about it.

I would take better resistance to a single puff of chaff

I WANT IT TODAY!
