if you want your Grom so much why not make it fair and add Storm shadow to the GR.4 and Taurus to the ASSTA tornado?
Said it before and I’ll say it again. Grom removal cope arguments amaze me.

Are we really comparing these 2? Niche weapons are fun to have, like the kormorans on the tornado, are they useful? Not really but they are cool
the equivalent to storm shadow would be some Kh cruise missile, not really grom 1
Or just put the all glide munitions into it’s own category called Glide Munition so then the rewards can be very little for bases so rewards for Sim don’t have to be fucked with. You have to look at everything from different angles. I’ve used the Grom-1 in sim and normal Air RB. Both have their pros and cons. In the main branch they wouldn’t be that broken since the grom-1 was really only in the dev server for like a day so they didn’t even really change things about it.
well they have the same problem as the Grom-1s do just on steroids
you can bomb literally any point on the map without leaving your Airfield AA
then whats the point of having it lol
reason why a lot of people want it is mainly for ground RB and because it’s just a fun weapon to screw around with

well you can bomb the entire enemy team with it without the need to leave your Safe zone
that’s the problem, you can’t just remoce multiplyers and expect anyone to be fine with it
this thing would be just as Game breaking as western Strategic cruise missiles and I’m sure you don’t want those either right?

Russia is already by far the strongest country in both SPAA and CAS, why do they need even more nuts options no one else has a counterpart of, or counter play against?

also what did they actually do this update? the only thing i can see is some small changes to the 34’s radar
a lot of code changes
client stability increased (by a lot for the DX12 version)
a couple of minor weapons behaviour changes
i mean .60, not .58
and the supposed dx12 fix completely borked the game’s rtx for radeon users so i wouldnt exactly call it an improvement

One USSR does not have the best CAS. At most they have 3 top tier CAS jets that are mostly subsonic where every other nation has ones that are sonic. Plus taking Grom over KH38 is just a preference. Both are good in their own ways for GRB
