If we were to do that 5F would lose a lot of its features. 6 missles max, only outer Magic 2, no A2G at all, no HMD… it would fall behind top tier meta.

From what I’ve read, it would have HMD. The missile count would still be workable, and killing off the ground ordnance is literally what I am suggesting to make 2000D RMV half worth using. Doubt that would be a popular change, but I’ve not been particularly in favour of the 5F’s air to ground ordnance.
I’d say fingers crossed for next update, but i predict we’ll get Sabra Mk II in December update and Sabra Mk III in March update lol.

No it’s just that the devblog was done 2 weeks ago and that the plane had MiCA EM xD

If I were to be pedantic, Israel has never at any point in it’s time in Warthunder been given a ‘top tier’ AA.
Machbet and Chaparral were always beneath that in both BR and rank terms.
EL2032/M radar which is GMTI capable, digital RWR, the option to mount PT3/4 and R-73Es, but I am actually not sure what CAS abilities it enhanced.

Fair egnuth, however that was not how it was said, altho you can say that israel havent realy ever had a toptier SPAA dependent on how you look at it, i would tho rather say that israel does realy lack a 12.0-11.0 SPAA

Tbh, i think everyone except Russia could really do with a new ‘Top AA’. They’ve all fallen behind the capability precedent Pantsir has set to varying extents.
Israel’s AA situation is just particularly awful. 0 counterplay against helicopters or drones. 0 counterplay against AGM’s / GBU’s. Its rough lol.
