Japan is in a similar (albeit still much better) SPAA situation to Israel in that it can’t engage things at long range. In both cases they need a longer range radar guided unit, but until then, you just gotta make do with the best Air superiority fighter in the game (F15JM) to pick up the slack.
Type-10’s have their inaccuracies and shortcomings, but they’re still perfectly good vehicles in the meta.
