Ooof. I’m still not even bothering to research the late. AMRAAM’s or not, that thing looks very unfun to play at that BR with that flight performance.
Also helps that the OG F3 is amazing at 12.0 and there’s no reason to go beyond it lol.

Fair enough. I keep logging back in to check some of the tanks I’m exceited about and with the hope that they fix the F-15I vs F-15E situation in a way that benefits both sides.
Sadly I don’t think the latter will happen.

Yeah I’m hoping for that to be sorted too, but with how stubborn Gaijin can be I doubt we will see it be properly addressed.

yeah, I was excited for the update but finding out that the weapons that were meant to make the Gr4 really good are gimmick weapons and the biggest thing is the PGMs being the best weapons and the closest thing the UK has to the KH38MT

Tbh, whilst it’s wouldn’t be the perfect implementation, i’ll still be happy playing Ra’am as is.

Don’t get me wrong, I really do too, but what are getting still looks fun enough.
Ra’am is going to be the absolute pinnacle of this air tree for years to come, and I look forward (maybe with a bit of copium) to the snail adding more domestic stuff to it retrospectively as the meta moves forth.
I was worried we would have to wait until december patch to get it with it not being in any of the leaks, so just getting it in the game at all at this point is a W in my eyes.

13.0 is a bit low yes, but is it not extremely similar or nearly identical in comparison to the JA-37Di coming in at 13.0? I would personally place them both at 13.3 if we could have some more decompression to 14.0, given the two major downsides of no HMD/HMS (no slaving IR missiles and no HMD radar locks) and no IRCCM IR guided missiles (cough one flare IT missiles at top tier where everyone has loads of CMs and BOL) would be considered worthy of two steps down from top tier. In its current state, it’s a 12.3 plane based on its capabilities, given it’s a budget F-16ADF at the same BR when it should be lower. Based on the examples we have ingame, adding ARH to an aircraft usually results in a 2 step (.7) BR increase, which would result in 13.3 in its current state, or 13.0 if it were at 12.3 where it belonged.
