All Gripens are cleared for AIM-9M.
Balance is always a consideration with weaponary. However in the case of this Tornado, it was being attributed for SLE or ASSTA 3.1, which it has no connection to based on the sources currently.
It appears to be a pylon test bed WTD-61 Tornado.

Provide public proof or a link to a source that clearly states or shows that he was equipped with them. As I said, in irl he was using German Aim-9s, not American versions.

GR.1 did not have such capability. It was experimental testing. Therefore, GR.4 couldn’t keep what GR.1 didn’t have.
Least you wont need to grind another 500k rp to get access to them :)

On the dev server the RWR for the Su-22M3’s have been changed back to SPO-15, previously changed from SPO-15 to SPO-10 earlier this year. Do you have any information regarding what prompted that change?

You can find lots of evidence online of Gripen operators using AIM-9M. As I said above, Gripen is cleared to use it, so all Gripens have 9M.
Having it in inventory or on operational status has never been a requirement, just a consideration.
This matter has already been answered when the Gripens were introduced.
And? GR.1 could carry the MW-1 container. Then this feature was removed. Do you have evidence that GR.4 could carry PGM? GR.4 is not GR.1 and GR.4 really is not experimental GR.1. And the word “upgrade” does not explain why another plane suddenly received this weapon.
