I think that the OSAs have potential to be a pretty nice spaa at 10.3. It’s missiles felt a lot better to use than the roland missiles.
I guess I will probably stick to the stormer anyway
I was going to put both the HVM and AD stormers in my 10.3 lineup, but I think I’ll ditch the HVM and go for a OSA/Stormer AD combo.

As far as I’m aware the PGMs don’t have IOG so SD after loosing lock

issue is most of these wouldnt actually fill any gaps, the AESA shilka at most is 8.7 but I doubt even that high, then the strela is 10.3 (would be our 4th) and the tunguska is worse then the ADATS but would sit near the same br
