In the game, Gr.4 will differ from ASSTA 3.1 only by Brimstones.
Which is a massive difference.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the distinctive, lively PPI scope of this AESA in the game, but is it possible that Gaijin plans to implement it with functional limitations, similar to the Brimstone?

AESA is already in game, and it is made as PESA. That is, a single beam only is scanning.
But that’s in the context of ground vehicles, right? The balance adjustments are different from those for aircraft, aren’t they? So, is there really no chance that AESA implementation on aircraft could be set up to generate multiple beams properly?

only by Brimstone, ePaveway, PGMs, 9M (germans only had 9Li), gen 3 Litening, build in IRST, HMD, Terma MAW, and upgraded engines

Within the game, the only significant difference in the planes will be the lack of Brimstones. The Paveway IV in the game will be the same LJDAM with a different name.
When will my lord show us how to play ASSTA1/Gr.1 in GRB?
they desperately want a german tornado that differs from the one we have already by such a small margin that imo at least with the current available weapon types it’s not worth adding at all
rather wait until SEAD/DEAD mechanics, GPS Cruise missiles, better ASMs and advanced IR AAMs are in game because then it’ll actually be worth researching
