Why wouldn’t Gaijin want leaks? If the leaks are well received then people will be excited for the update, and in the worst case if they’re perceived badly at least there’s engagement (which is better than indifference)
It’s also a way to test the waters and find out how people will react to things, that is if they’re willing to use this information but I digress

Sometimes, companies do leak information as you outline. It is a great way to test the waters without committing to anything.
Controlled leaks, however, aren’t the same as a rogue employee leaking information out before they want it to. Take the recent Pokemon leaks or the GTA6 trailer leak from a while back. There’s a reason why companies don’t officially announce this information.

Hey. The specific Merkava variants the US got via events have not appeared directly in the Israeli tree.
We added other variants (even if slightly different) to Israel to still keep the event ones somewhat unique for those that obtained them. The same is true for the Class 3(P). South Africa has no shortage of light / wheeled vehicles.
