If Israel got a straight upgrade of a US top line fighter, likely at same BR, that would be extremely unfair

The only thing that would matter are the Python 4s which likely won’t get added yet anyway, other than that nothing much changes, especially if they added an early variant of the F-15I which would have more CMs but (if I remember correctly) it lacks an RWR.
You mean like how the US gets a 9.7 premium Harrier with 240 CMs and Britain’s 9.7 premium Harrier has no CMs at all?

Well… Sorry to break it to you, that has already happened. F-15J(M) is F-15C but slightly better.
FA-50PL already in production (hopefully with AIM-120 integrated before entering service)

Angled pen was buffed, which is the hilarious thing.
Lost ~20mm of flat pen for ~8mm more angled pen.
