As per the rules, everyone else gets iconic new aircraft that leapfrog them ahead, but nations like Britain, nope, not allowed, waiting a year and maybe we’ll see

Yeah… If the choice is between nothing at all or the CF-18, then there is only one choice. Just wish it wasnt always the case.

December will 100% be F/A-18 and Su-33/MiG-29K(M).
That said adding Su-34 and F-15E immediately after F-111F and Su-24M would be very weird.

Still… Would be a real shame if most nations got C&Ps instead of their native aircraft.

Italy: Nothing?
France: Nothing?
Japan: Nothing? (maybe F-2 but not exactly equal to those above)
Israel: Nothing? (really no idea here)
China: I guess Su-33 C&P or a later J-10 Variant?

That’s also something that looks a bit weird to me… so far heard nothing from datamimes on stealth implementation (I hope they don’t just keep the single RCS value, because then stealth aircraft will be either useless or unlockable from any aspect)

Spanish F-18?
If its not the early versions, it means they’ve skipped most variants possible for it and is goign to come much later than 2025.
That also leaves the question of what Britain, Italy, France and Germany would get between now and then? We’ve nearly run out of stuff except more CAS aircraft
So another C&P F-18 from a country that isnt really even a sub-TT. Especially as I think spain would make a better new nation

My other guess is they are maybe pushing the Air stuff faster to start working on Modern Boats…and then maybe after Modern Boats, they start doing game mode reworks? Just guesses?
China can get FCk-1, Italy either spanish hornet or amraams for the F-16, Israel could get Lavi, but both them and Japan might be fine since they have the F-15C.
Also remember that every nation getting competitive stuff really happened only in the air superiority update, and all nations getting some top tier stuff happened (beside air superiority) in the seek and destroy update. Remember when MiG-29 amd F-16 were added most nations were stuck with 3rd gens.
(I’m not saying i like nations not getting stuff, F-18C and MiG-29M should have come together with J-10 to literally give every nation actual competitive top tiers and from there carry on with further stuff).
Which was really stupid and sucked.
Still… Denying most nations their next gen of fighter, even though they really wont be these god-tier aircraft everyone thinks they would be, just so that a few nations can get equal (though more likely) better aircraft notably earlier, just seems like an insane policy to me.

Over the course of the last 2 years, the US has gotten a new aircraft every single update, without fail. What if this year they got some WW2 aircraft instead, and no top tier stuff at all ? Or maybe even no aircraft at all?
Is it Blasphemy to suggest that maybe a nation like the US, doesnt get something every update without fail?
