I’m happy for French Naval players, however; since they are finally getting a REALLY competitive ship through Dunkerque!

F-15E didn’t have AESA until like 2000s, and used an/apg 70 before the AESA upgrade
Either TIALD or Litening III. So depnds on whether they hate us or not

Seeing how XF-2A proto is already over due if not out dated by the current meta the longer they hold off on F-2A early the less it will be competitive eventually they might just skip to the late variant leaveing less options for Japan.

I dunno. Assuming it’s an early F-15E, it would be a sidegrade to the F-15C with inferior A2A capabilities in exchange for CAS capabilities. It can slot in to the current meta just fine, and isn’t an update defining addition.
come on, lets be real here its gaijin, they will probably make us grind a 410k RP plane just for E-Paveways and slightly better engines (they will forget about the counter measures and take nearly 6 months to add, then they wont work properly) they will also refuse to accept any evidence that shows the Gr4 with a Litening III
Im assuming it would be used to introduce an upgrade over the F-15C.
Perhaps include features like:
- Better radar
- More CMs
- Better AMRAAMs
in addition to the improved Multirole capabilies

Or they could just add the further upgraded f15c? Also afaik a2a won’t be downgrade outside of dogfight, and due to better engines it won’t be too bad, and apparently the US AN/APG-70 had much better a2g performance than the export ones
By the way, the AN/APG-63v1 is newer than the apg-70 on the f15E so it would only have a cm advantage

While Singapore is allegedly no longer being added at this time, I must reiterate some points.
1- Indonesia not being added to Japan will result in my strongest opposition irrelevant of Singapore’s placement.
2- Singapore being added to China instead of Japan results in my 2nd strongest opposition.
3- South Korea being placed anywhere other than Japan is fine as long as Indonesia is one of Japan’s sub-trees.
That is my feedback to sub-trees and getting Japan to be treated at least as well as Italy.

As much as the CF-188 would be an intereting aircraft. Having our major new addition from December be another foreign aircraft would be kinda disappointing.
