They already have a ground tree, they wouldnt add just hungaries ground tree and a romanian air tree
USSR is quite handheld regarding SPAA, I don’t think Gaijin really cares.
Countries with gaps wait while USSR receives more.
Sure, slowly even the lacking countries are getting their stuff, but it’s just unfair at this point.
