Yeah. Nothing matters. The devs get to add stuff wherever they want. USSR needs a missile bus at 11.3, I think they should do it.

The MLD could get 2 R-73s, but that would make it 11.7.

It would make way more sense for the MiG-23-98 to be added with them and R-27R/Ts.
MiG-21-93 with two R-27ER and two R-73 / four R-60M

Definitely could, but it would be pointless because the MiG-29 is probably at the same BR with it, at most 0.3 BR above it, while having access to R-27ER/ET and a lot better airframe plus radar.
That would also work.
No MiG-29 is 11.7, and only the 12.3 MiG-29s have the R-27ET.
MiG-21 LanceR with R-73/Python 3 could also work. But it will be at a BR where its airframe is no good at all.
