I think might as well give Su-39s R-77s and put them at 12.0, but at that stage the flight performance is so horrible that nobody even wants to touch them. Yak-141 could get these(and the R-73) and be put at 12.3.

Could be an option, definitely for the 141, the Su-39 would be atrocious at that BR and everyone who bought it would probably rage about the change, not worth it imo. The Yak on the other hand gives it an option to be picked over the MiG-29s
