What the hell are people yapping about? Britain did rejoin the Boxer program, they should get their variants (ATGM launcher, etc.). Germany, as the main user and producer of the Boxer, should get its variants as well.
For the Boxer CRV, just ask yourself “Does a Boxer with a Rheinmetall LANCE turret, Spikes, StrikeShield and a MK30-2/ABM belong in the british tree?” No, especially not when this same variant will enter service with the Bundeswehr. Britain has its unique light vehicles, which people keep aslong for.
This whole discussion just sounds like people wanting to put others down.
