Keep in mind most maps also encourages you to brawl which benefits most the tanks that has small weakspots and better armor.

Just because gaijin says there isn’t enough information on DU doesn’t mean gaijin is your end all for military tech, people are just using gaijins answer as a backstop to slander and argue against it, which is pretty bad.

yeah and i strongly dislike that fact, then again I’m one of those people that think that going past the 1953 date in the same game was a mistake. But that’s a whole other topic and i will drop it so we can keep being on topic in this discussion

and on that i agree, and on my perspective, they should change that, but i know they wont. So why not just fix the things that really makes the abrams hard to brawling? like the ring and the hydraulic pump? Im not even asking for more armor or more fire power…

which is a whole seperate issue that i honestly don’t even want to get started on, the way map design has been implemented in this game is just enraging to me.

Most people feels the same, including me.

These map designs forces many vehicles to brawl, vehicles that was suppose to be used from long ranges.

If we didnt had COD style maps then GRB could’ve been much better.

Looks like good old toxic club became active on this thread again.

How original isnt it?

It’s basically internal and external bureaucracy. The stuff is expensive to produce - Inluding DU ammo - And the other countries don’t like using hardware that has DU in it, citing - reasonably - health hazards and whatnot. And as previously mentioned, we don’t want potential enemies getting their hands on it and figuring out how to reverse-engineer it.

At least this time they are keeping it about the Abrams and “American players” and not jumping into horrific personal attacks… that’s good enough for me, xd.

Dont be sure, you never know when they start throwing those personal threats :)

Thats one thing that everyone can agree on.

Community hates knife fights yet somehow Gaijin thinks this is what we want.

Well, as long as Soviet and Swedish armor is best at longer ranges, people will prefer facing them in CQC.
Not enough vehicles have a lot of armor for players to universally want longer ranges.

With all the whining I genuinely couldnt tell it was an abrams thread but thats the usual you get with panther and avenger

Quite the opposite.

If you make mistakes in long range fights you will have enough time to retreat and survive for another chance to fight back, in CQC maps howerever you’ll be dead in same situation.

Tanks like Chally’s,Leclerc’s and Abrams will actually shine on Long range maps due to their Turret armor and Rate of fire.

Long range removes the idler wheel weak spot universal on all tanks and makes breaches far harder to hit.
Its why I rarely died in my T-72B3 when it was first introduced and kept getting big Mozdok.
People couldn’t hit my breach.

I’m not falling for your attempted derailing again you vile fiend.
You’re going to have to find someone else to fall for your schemes.

Then let me tell you what other people says to Us mains: Skill issue.

Russian tanks might have smaller weakspots and that can be pain in the ass in some Long range scenarios but due to their weak reverse speed and rate of fire they will become easy prey for any player who has enough experience with tanks i mentioned.

Most dangerous ones will be Leo2A7V and STRV122.
