A little hunch is telling me this guy might be a child

Just a reminder that it’s 2026 and the Hellcat and every American mid tier tank is overtiered by about 0.3 - 0.7 bar the M4A3 (76) w

Yeah, no.

All of these are strong at their BR

M18 should be 5.3 or 5.7 at most.
M41 should be 5.7
M4A1 is fine
M4A2 is fine
M4A3 is fine
M4 T26 should be 5.3
T25 is fine
M46 is fine
M6A1/T1E1 could go down to 5.0
M4A3E2 should be 5.3 if not 5.0
M4A3E2 (76) w
T26E5 is fine
T26E1-1 is fine
T34 is fine
M19/M42 should be 5.7
Skink should be 6.3
M44/M55 are fine
M36 is fine
M36B2 should be 5.3
M109A1 should be 5.0
M56 and M50 should both be 5.7
T92 should be 7.3

The primary reason a lot of these vehicles are at higher battle rankings is due to War Thunder players having the intelligence of a fracken peanut, due to these people being the majority, sadly. The vocal minority is ignored. When it’s the opposite.

It’s just a bit weird. People tell me “skill issue” and it’s like I don’t even play American tanks. They’re the easiest things ever to kill.

No. You just want them undertiered.

Like which? None of his “downtiers” make sense

I dont even play them

It really doesn’t matter. If anything that makes you less educated on why these should not go down. None of these vehicles struggle at their BR and some of them are META VEHICLES at their BR even.

5.3 is far too low.

I could see go down to 5.7, but It does fine where it is, 5.3 is simply too low the 90mm does makes a diference and the turret is much better than the M4a3.

The m6a1 is already 5.0, and there is no reason for the T1E1 to be the same br.

Another one that makes no sense, they shouldnt be the same br.

Also no reason for go down, the 2s3 is it’s equivalent no reason for it to be over a br under it, not to mention that HE-VT at 5.0 is ridiculous.

They are fine at 6.7

The B has much worse mobility.
It’s only advantage is having HEAT-FS, but who needs that against WW2 tanks anyway?

No it doesn’t. It is worse yes, not much worse. The HEAT shell matters a ton more than the marginal loss in mobility

This is heavily downplaying how effective the M36’s HEAT-FS is and how much of an advantage it gives. You can UFP tiger 2s from 2km out.

Lol, lmao even

Wow, you can kill a Tiger II in a full uptier in 3 shots, when he only takes one to kill you.
Major advantage /s

How about just deleting them in one shot with M82?

It’s a glass cannon and trying to utilize HEAT-FS when you can delete 90% of targets in one shot with a more mobile variant just makes no sense.

The only advantage HEAT-FS realistically has, that it can pen any target at any range but range hardly matters on most maps and range doesn’t give you any advantage when you’re vehicle can be killed at any range anyway.

Or how exactly is the M18 6.0 while the mighty M36B with it’s incredible “can pen any tank” HEAT-FS is 5.7?

The M36 is simply better at practically any BR. At that point where HEAT-FS grants a significant advantage, the vehicle is completely outclassed by better vehicles you can play instead anyway.

M36 doesnt have hellcats mobility

If you end up in situation where your Jackson is exposed to return fire from Tiger II and you dont open by disabling his firepower, that doesnt sound like vehicle problem.

Like cmon, you cant deny ability to lolpen tanks way outside of Jackson BR range isnt useful. Not saying HEATFS should be your main round but having few of them kn reserve wont hurt.

Still better than any other medium tank in that BR range, appart maybe from Comet and Challanger.

It’s much more useful to main APHE and use superior mobility to kill any tank.
The ability to penetrate a few opponents is simply irrelevent compared to fighting a team that are going to be vulnerable to the APHE round 90% of the time, while having superior mobility than almost any other vehicle.

sure. better than medium tanks. but the thing is, hellcat has light tank mobility. in no world you will play those two the same way.

Yes thats why i said

sure, im not saying otherwise. APHE will do most of the heavy lifting. But then comes along map like sands of sinai in uptier and all other US 5.7 tanks can just stare at the king tiger sitting at top of the sand dune dishing out pain, whereas M36B2 can just send a HEATFS his way.

Yeah but that’s just a few instances where you fight specific vehicles on specific maps.

That doesn’t make the M36B any better than the regular M36.
