Merkavas are among the worst MBTs in WT.
There actually was some guy with thousands of Merkava games who called it meta.
There’s always gonna be some guy with thousands of games in a vehicle calling it good, no matter how bad it is.
How can you say the Merkavas are terrible, if you’ve never even played any of them.

Okay, META is different from being the BEST.
Yes, it’s META at 9.3, 9.7, and 10.0.
It could also be meta for 11.3 and possibly for 12.3.
Is it the BEST for 9.3, 10.0, 11.3, 12.3? Probably not.
But at 9.7, it probably IS the best.
Thousands of games… sure.
Thousands of games… and are actually good? I doubt that.

I’m sorry but I very often bring the amx 30 super at 11.0 and I never had the gun being an issue

This has never been a good argument for anything. The gun has far less leeway with penetrating and has far worse damage than pretty much every other MBT at the BR

Yes.
They have okay forwards mobility, great reverse, good reload, great shell selection, fantastic survivability, “trolly” armor (new players dont know where to shoot), solid gun angles, tons of MGs, LWS, APS, etc.

Isnt turret ring an issue seeing as it has only 7° of gun depression and rear placed turret?

I dont know why, but the 7 deg definitely doesnt feel like 7, it feels more like 9. I cannot recall a single time where the gun depression griefed me out of a spot.

gotta ask, you agree that the abrams, while harder to use than t80’s, are overall a better tank for better players to use, right?
While the t80’s on the other hand with not needing as much skill, cant perform to the same standards as an abrams when played by those same players.
Mainly Is your stance that sense t80’s are easier to play while having a good chance to survive most flick shots that they’re better over all in this game? And sense an abrams doing the same thing will almost always die 9/10 times?
The only thing regular M1 needs is the M833 otherwise its perfectly capable tank at 10.7.
People compare to Chally1’s and forgetting that despite having better turret armor and firepower Chally 1 lacks mobility, gun handling, ready rack capacity and flexibility compare to M1 Abram’s tho recent engine power buff made Chally 1 slightly more mobile than before.

He doesn’t. He thinks that the Abrams is a bad tank overall and that a good player can get much more done in a T-80.
