M1 Abrams munitions compared to Object 292

There is far more going on between the M1128 and the M1 Abrams though than just pen performance and heck, even if we ignore the differences in survivability for a moment, the M1128 has a 7.5 second reload vs the M1 Abrams 5 second reload. So based upon that alone, the M1128 has mitigation for having a “better round” at a lower BR. Abrams also has a much larger ready rack, so it is going to maintain that RoF for a lot longer

M10 booker and M60-120S too.

Imagine doing the same thing with planes.

Oh, the a-10c has a max speed of 676kph. that is the same as the i-185 so why cant they be the same br?

Okay fair on those, but then they have other weaknesses that offset it, like way worse mobility and in the case of the M10, way worse survivability.

Not in any way that really matters, it’s not like the baseline M1 has the amour to turn away 3BM42, let alone -46 or -60, or 105mm DM33 that are fairly common threats at the BR at shorter ranges.

Having the highest penetration value is very nice not gonna lie. Apart of the counterargument saying that the M1 Abrams is much more versatile giving it a new and better ammunition is just asking for battle rating increase, Object 292 has a short rod penetrator (in-game, and in real life compared to other high caliber cannons and projectiles from 130 mm to 152 mm) which might explain moments here and there of causing little damage for its caliber which apparently is inaccurate by 200 mm.

some guy will tell you the props turn better and stallfight better so its fine

ESS + thermals?
There are still many vehicles at that br without thermals

Detrimental is also quite a stretch. I mean…you’re not forced to use them. Its literally two button presses to quickly turn them on to check some spots at long range or covered in vegetation and turn it off again. Also I’m quite sure they do come handy at night battles, compared to having regular NVDs.

Ofc its not fun staring through gen 1 thermals all match. Thats why I generally use those only optional for long range spotting or in “dense” vegetation (thats almost completely gone from any wt map by now), accurate shooting is easier without. Except for night battles ofc

yh m1 could prob get m833

No, it is long rod. This is just the 3d model, it has the angle modifier of long rod and the damage model of long rod.

Are you saying is virtually buffed?

No, im saying that it is not a short rod apfsds, the rounds is a long rod, the 3d model just looks weird because it uses an upscale 3bm42 model, nothing in game make it look to be a short rod.
The animation is from a long rod

And the 3d model like i said doesnt look like a short rod

Btw stop trying to bend my words.
