But only if you are allowed to do it, it makes it not useful. They shouldn’t fragment the playerbase with vehicles behind region look in first place. And good look to pay a pixelstorm account without paypal, visa and all the othern western banking companies…

Maybe someone really wants that useless Yak-1B Litvyak but was afraid to create a multiple account. You can do it. But I really don’t recommend it, there are a lot of issues with it.

Proof? As far I know, Visa and MC are also not possible, only Russian Cards now.

Pixel is designed exclusively for russia, but it also covers the CIS and Georgia. The visa is valid in all of these countries.

I wasnt talking about them, i was talking about the exclusive chinese sales/events/rewards that they get with BlackBox app (or something), which is most notoriously noticeable by decals

And? Pixelstorm is a Russia company and as far I remember Russia can’t make transfers with Visa and MC. And also google search says so… So any real proof from your side???

That is the point. Now there is. Having one country having an under-BR’d premium where every other country gets tech tree is an P2W gameplay and progression advantage, however small. Players are entitled to know how far this could go. Again, Gaijin could say “this is a one-off, we won’t do it again, or we won’t do it for higher rank vehicles”. They could: they haven’t. So these questions will and should be asked until the company’s position is clear.
Anything that only affects cosmetics like titles and decals is fine, as far as I’m concerned, even if they’re visible to others. And DMM had long ago set the precedent for cosmetics, I agree.
Because their paying customers in other countries are entitled to that info about how far they are going to tip the scales in one country’s favor going forward.

Pretty sure under TOS you’re not allowed 2 concurrently active accounts, one Steam, one non-Steam. So… was a separate exemption given to CIS players for PixelStorm?

I’m sure some DMM players would have loved the same preferential treatment PixelStorm gets.
I do now wonder if that means if you run both accounts concurrently it autoqueues you to “both” be on the same side of a match though.
