The J35A is out classes by every vehicle at 9.7 and most at 9.3, so can we get a lower br to make it competitive or upgraded missles

The jet is entirely competitive at the BR it is currently at and lowering it would be massively unfair to the jets below it. You are simply an inexperienced pilot.
