Is there any work done on this issue? Those players are ruining the battle for entire team with no consequences becouse they are taking tier 3 tank to tier 7 battles.

In my opinion that behavior should be classified as griefing and should be punishable.

I can spawn low BR tanks in top battles, no issue, nothing to fix.
If you have a problem dying to lower BR vehicles, don’t play higher than 1.0.

I think the issue at hand is teammates in lower tier vehicles not being up to snuff.

That achievement should be scrapped or reworked, as getting 30k SL for griefing your team shouldn’t happen. In fact, it gives you 2x the SL as a nuke dropping achievement which is laughable.

Yes, bringing low tier into top tier is an anti-player behavior that is borderline griefing.
Some rules have to be set.

It’s not against the rules.
In Ground Battles you have multiple spawns, the fact that you take an extra low rank vehicle for example doesn’t mean you can’t do more than players with a full top rank line-up.
I understand that someone might be upset because some troll wagon just wiped out their top-ranked light tank, but come on, do you really see that as a big deal? How many times have you seen it happen in battles?

I am not talking about this i am talking about squad with 3 players where 1 buyed premium or squad vehicle and take his friends who have max tier 3 vehicles to top tier battles and they for sure dont qualify to join that battle without having at least that one premium or squad vehicle and this is not about god mote and those palyers have like 10-20 profile level.
Maybe aiming for the “God Mode” reward?But that is actually the typical Very high risk-Very high reward tactic. If you get wrecked in a Rank I during Top tier match, sounds reasonable

Yes, but that reason isn’t to prevent players from uptiering Rank 1 vehicles or building sub-optimal lineups.

This whole ‘one-death-leaver’ drama is just players working themselves up into a panic over nothing. ‘Players not caring that much in a video game’ is not a problem that needs to be solved. It’s nobody’s job to try hard on your behalf.

Again, it’s nobody’s job to support you. If you choose to engage in teamwork, awesome thank you for trying to make the game a better experience for everyone, at the same time nobody owes you anything.

Obviously the game didn’t want Reserve tier vehicles to face 12.0s, hence the BR difference.
Even in modes with one spawn like ARB you can meet players using a biplane in a 14.0 game, which makes no sense at all and it mostly looks like a cry for attention and to bait a reaction out of someone.
Doing that falls under griefing as that vehicle was clearly intentionally spawned knowing it will struggle hard against most enemies.
You aren’t alone in the server, you have up to 15 other teammates and getting kills yourself or supporting your teammates are actions that lead to the winning of the game.
All of the above are you own personal values, not the games values. You are attempying to impose your will onto the game and others.
One of the longest standing forum moderators has clearly explained that it doesn’t violate the game rules and you persist in this notion of griefing.
If anything it seems your childish insistance that you are somehow being victimised by players using rank 1 vehicles is the childish cry for help.

Only in WT clear griefing is not against the rules. Speaks volumes about a game that wants to go “competitive”.
Just try to play knife/pistol only in a official match of CS and see how quickly you’re going to get reported and kicked for griefing.
Intentionally lowering your and your team’s chances of success shouldn’t be allowed.
Nothing childish in pointing out how people are griefing their random teammates.

Games should be competitive at least to the intent level.
They obviously didn’t think Reserve tier vehicles will be competitive at higher BRs.
Some lower tier vehicles are pretty solid though, and some don’t have a choice. EG, Japan’s only SPAA until the Type 87 is the Sub-I-II, or even the M42 if you want to have some sort of Anti-tank capabilities. 155mm HE rounds will always work (M44, Vidar, Type 99, etc.), and such. Furthermore, there really is no problem. You don’t gain an advantage by playing the Sturm at top tier, but big round go boom. In the end, its a game. It isn’t ruining anything, nor do I see it often. The most I see is Type 16s in 12.0, however that’s because they’re some really good snipers.
You also don’t own the game. Stop trying to say “it should be rules!!” and “this should be bannable!!” Stop trying to impose your personal values in a game that isn’t made to tailor to you specifically.
Low tier tank users in Top-tier that have beter K/D then the MBT
on a side looks like someone got Bt-ed, Especially the Bt-7M is competent or even competive you might say in top tier given it can single handly kill every light tank on a 1-1
