Gaijin will pick them, and will pick them every single time.
The same is true with pretty much every single other online PVP game in existence. This is not unique to war thunder.
Online games are meant to test yourself against other players. If you dont find that fun, then I suggest you go find yourself a single player game to play. Because the devs of online PVP games are not out here to handhold people who have decided its too hard for them.
And for the record, I pay money to gaijin as well and I have no issues with the idea of fighting other players and enjoy the challenge of trying to beat higher skilled players, and learning from them if I lose.
“I pay money so the game should be made how I want” is not a valid cop out. I bet many those players you whinge about are also paying money.
Your choices are, get good, put up with it, or find something else to play.
No, it doesn’t say that, I know that type of players exist, I don’t doubt it.
Believe me, after 60 or 70,000 battles I detect them easily, if they are relatively new players, if they are already a player with quite a few battles it costs me more but I make sure, I don’t mind downloading 2 or 3 replays of the player to be safe.
Normally I play daily when there is an event, then I play very little, in this last event, believe me, I have not seen more than two players of this type in battle (or at least I have not seen anything strange), considering other events, this year has been very calm .
Likewise, there are also many players with good skill, you can tell when a player is skilled or is a weasel lazy in tunnel vision.
In any case, playing online games there is always that risk, that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop playing.
dont put yourself in a bad position that enemy is already looking at before you arrive. Consider the enemy tactics, method and base yours around that in conjunction with abilities of your vehicle and environment.
So you would like to see players with a battle rating as well as the vehicle they use, maybe abit like the elo system used in chess. I woukd welcome that but i think there will be alot of standing time in the lobby
