Just having a permament strong target, like we have in ASB, such as the forward AF, that may not reward as much but at least reward something for attacking would be imo the best short term change they could make.
What is really needed is an ASB equivalent for RB. markers, small maps, etc just doesnt make a good environment for most strike aircraft, no matter how many bases there are
If anything these aircraft would just go up slightly in BR. I can’t think of too many aircraft that can bomb an EXTREME amount of bases. For example, the BEST jet bombers (save for giant outliers like the F-111 carrying a full load) often can only get 2 bases before RTB and thats if you use the massive, heavy, FM destroying loadouts.
Relating to the last sentence, in the Tornado interdictors I don’t even take the 12x 1000IB loadout because while you can kill two bases, it makes you effectively SUBSONIC almost. Currently if you take that loadout, you literally WON’T get to bomb in ANY match because either your teammates will take ALL 4 bases before you can get a single one (nevermind 2), or because an enemy will jump you before you can arrive.
For your examples:
Extremely slow jet even before you attach bombs to it.
Buc is literally one of the most dedicated bombers in the game, this is literally fine. It can’t do anything else.

As do I, but if being subsonic didnt matter. That then could mean 2 bases per sortie every sortie, and they are already wierd about the 11.7 Tornados being 11.7 for “reasons”. I cant imagine wanting the 11.7 Tornados at 12.0 just because there are more bases to bomb.
In any case, I dont think there are quick and dirty short term solutions that wont just end up biting everyone in the ass
The point is being subsonic always matters under the current rules. They would have to change a LOT for your speed to not impact your base bombing ability in current RB.
Also, right now at this very second, I’d rather fly a tornado with 1 minute base respawns at 12.0 or even 12.3 rather than fly the current one at 11.7 getting beat by F4s to bases then dying before they respawn.
Exactly, I swear Call of Duty revolutionises more often than War Thunder. Actually, I think War Thunder is becoming Call of Duty at this point.
Nerfs things that don’t need nerfs (France and Britain)
Implements new things that don’t get nerfed despite being game breaking (Kh-29)
If they finally do nerf something, they nerf it into the ground, making it borderline unusable except in niche scenarios (Grippen and Eurofighter)
Three lane maps (Attica)
Destroying established maps to make three lane maps (Sinai)
Obvious bias for a certain nation’s equipment
And developers that do not listen to the fans, and only cater to streamers that don’t know what they’re talking about
Right, and bases practically instantly respawning would be that change. Which Is why id opt for more like 3 minute respawn instead of 1 minute.
Enough that means there should be more bases available more consistantly, but not enough to radically increase any one player/aircraft income, but rather the team’s income as a whole
More score for things like take offs and landing, sure. Being paid just to die, no. I believe we need to increase rewards and/or lessen experience needed to grind. I don’t believe we should reward people just for dying.
if i can perform somewhat efficiently, at the average level (0.651 kb something) by using SARH missiles or achieve the goal of base bombing, or a mixture of both, why shouldnt I play on mobile?
