I’d be in favour of adding all of that, while also moving it up in BR, but I don’t want a fast reloading artillery vehicle with spall liners at 7.7.
I’m usually in favour of balance over realism, but not when the unrealistic aspects make something worse and less balanced.

I wouldnt care if it moves up to 8.0, its a better BR for germany anyway, but I dont understand why the PLZ can have all of that and remain 7.7 yet the PzH for some reason cant.
Well you see western designers clearly havent progressed in artillery design since ww2.
Even though theres CLEAR bias towards china and russia at least the pzh2000 isnt the sholef. Gaijin bothered to either make a model with the laser rangefinder on it or bought a model with it. When something like that is clearly visible and you cant be arsed to program the ability in game after what 6 months then maybe you shouldnt own the game.

The real reason they dont wanna move it up is the Vidar. Dont get me wrong i love the Vidar on my 10.3-13.0 lineup, its not great since most of the advantages are gone at this BR. Regardless id like to see the Vidar moved to 8.7, higher and it realistically doesnt have anything going for it. As again almost everyone has stabilizers (not you france), LRF, and some with thermals. Then at 8.0 the PzH 2000 could be pretty nice with its changes especially as it bolsters the 8.0 lineup, sadly we lose a pretty cool 7.7 but thats my take anyways.
Some people get way too hooked on 1 tank being modeled poorly and think they are the only ones with the problem.
Germany actually has the largest ground tree in the game now after this update, Dethroning Russia who previously was the largest.

Id beg to differ. Up to about 7.7 its great. After that it lacks a lot of the punch other nations have. The 2a5 onward doesnt make every other tank in the high tiers great.
Germany has 1 good tech tree IFV currently with the insane treatment of the pumas and the forever mediocre marders. And that ifv STILL isnt accurate.
The total amount of vehicles means diddly squat in my opinion. Who cares if germany now has the most tanks because of premiums and SPAAs that are outclassed by CAS at any given br.
What matters is how many of what type each nation has and whether or not those vehicles are comparable to other nations.
Germany isnt the worst nation in game, but that doesnt mean we shouldnt be broiling gaijin for their clear bias against germany. Like the tiger ost being added to shut us up after backstabbing us by giving italy the best tiger. That premium isnt a positive thing to be praised.
This is why German mains get a bad reputation.
That is almost every single SPAA in the entire game.
I have been critical of German mains in the past…But you are another level.
Germany as it stands is one SAM away from being hands down the best nation in the game,
Leopard 2A7
PUMA (yes it’s not as good as it could be, but in game it’s one of the best high tier IFVs)
Tiger (PARS dont always kill tanks but they kill SAMS and do not require the hand holding of Hellfires)
Eurofighter (the best jet in the game by a good margin)
Flakrad the reload and 2 missiles kills it in top tier but a good player can still use it well. Strella and OSA also pretty playable at higher BRs.

Only cause we got the eurofighter now doesnt mean the advantage of 3 strv122s, better lights, better spaa just dissapears.
And the gripen still is very competitive with having real fnf armament as well.

Sweden have fewer high tier Leopards.
Sweden have arguably a better light tank but pretty equal IFVs VILKAS, PUMA, BOXER etc.
Sweden has a better SAM, I disagree Strela is still capable after the initial attacks as is the OSA (has a similar range to the ADATS)
Germany has the Tornado and Typhoon now capable of high tier CAS Tornado is a great backup to the Typhoon when the SAM threat has been dealt with or just mark the map and drop the JDAMS in GPS mode and farm the sams sitting in the spawn
Gripen is great but it has to sacrifice its A2A load out for CAS. 4 AGM 65s but only 2 Aim9Ms
Typhoon can go full A2A with 4 120s and Aim9s and have Brimstones/LGBS
Excluding the ITO and the small improvements to the STRV 122 over the 2A7 I dont see Sweden as being superior to Germany.
Are you actually trying to say its better to have one singular uparmored Leopard, the 2A7V and the rest basically glasscannons with the 2PSO, 2A5 and 2A6 than it is to have 3 Strv 122s and one Leopard 2A6?
Glass cannons is a stretch, the Leopard2A5 and 6 are fine, worse but fine.
Ok, glass cannons compared to the 2A7V, which can actually stop something with its hull front. Most things just go straight through. And still doesnt change that Sweden still has 3 uparmored, spall liner equipped Leopards compared to the singular one that germans is getting
I am not saying that german top tier ground is bad, far from it, especially with the EFT for both CAS and CAP but it still is not as good as Sweden
