Lets talk about the state of Germany

I’ll admit, its not a bad airframe. Its just outdated for what it faces.

Not bad, just nothing special since everything else can have similar or better loadouts. Couple that with the outdated airframe and…yeah. Little to no CAS options for its BR outside of 2 mavericks and the issue of SP in ground RP does not help.
You may see it rarely in air RB, but almost never in sim.

For me, the F4F Ice is the best 13.0 aircraft, the 4x AIM 120 and the incredible radar is a powerful combo, its miles better than the MIG 29G with 2 SARH and meh radar

fr tho it should have its overpressure mechanics just like the Hellfires

Pars damage is indeed very weak. For non-russian MBT targets just go for it and fire 3-4 per tank. Light tanks 1 Pars and russian MBTs 2 Pars (the turret ammo storage is a nice feature… 1-2 Pars is ok :) ).

If you shot vs. Pantsir trucks, consider its damage model broken. Fire as much as possible until you get the kill message. Same for Challenger models, they’re also somehow bugged. Very hard to kill them with Pars, the damage somehow gets eaten up by certain model elements…shot as much as possible.

Pars has no overpressure, so thats just necessary. Sometimes it even fails to kill a BMP or an SPAA, if you’ve bad luck.

Do it like this and stay near the helipad for constant reloading, Then you might get kills. Do not shot one vs. enemy tanks and expect a kill. Do as I suggested above.

It’s not just the Pantsir, I tried the FlakBus and it too struggles to even overpressure the cabin. It ultimately boils down to how large vehicles eat overpressure and CE damage, which sucks for PARS since they don’t have enough HE filler to guarantee a one hit KO. It takes at least 4 to 5 PARS to take out a single Pantsir, this needs fixing.

You won’t get a shot at Pantsir if they could just shot down your PARS or throw some smokes and missile’d you behind smoke covers.

My point still stands, PARS should have their overpressure mechanic added to improve it’s effectiveness and I won’t waste my already limited 8 PARS which compared to some nations that has like x16 1 shot 1 kill missiles with chin turret to protect themselves against airborne targets and better range to kill A SPAA.

Meanwhile Tiger with limited 8 r&g missile and barely usable AAM is just pure pain to work with.

PARS is fire and forget though the Hellfires and Ah-64 while they carry more you need to hold that Hellfires hand as IOG isnt reliable.

Then you have Russian Helis that dont have to deal with Pantsir.

10s Pzh 2000 reload…

Thats a joke, right? Does it atleast get L15A2 now?

Seems no.

10s? This is wrong and there is no advantage over artillery of the same class. Considering that the balance should be 6s, the 05 of the same grade has a better magnification, and the liquid suspension can also get more depression angles

Nope, M107 and french OE 155 F3 only. Rounds I doubt it used but is probably compatible with just cuz of STANAG letting 155mm artillery shells be usable by any NATO country artilleries.

Yeah took it out into a test drive before looking at the stats and was confused as to why it was taking so long to reload. Not only was it 6 sec on the dev server but from everything ive heard its autoladed with around a 6 sec reload. Gaijin once again deciding when and where they want to apply their rules.

If the rules are completely subjective then are they even rules? Or just personal whims?

Pzh2000, rdflt and the rank bloody EIGHT 10.7 cv90mk4 vs the bmd4m and last updates plz05. Its pretty clear what models got more love and which tanks are favored.

Because somehow the plz05 is balanced at 7.7 with spall liners helping against mg and autocannons a 7.5 sec reload and a stock shell with really good velocity. But the pzh2000 would be unbalanced at 7.7 with less armor no spall liners, a comparable shell locked behind rank 4 mods and a 1.5 second faster reload.

Tell me you hate German tank technology because they are awesome, without telling me you hate them. 🤣

There is no difference between 3.3 seconds and 10 seconds for peak reload.
Russian fear the German Technology. 😝
It is also difficult to understand that three shots can be fired in 10 seconds. The secret documents weren’t exactly clear.
Nightvision is also missing.

Nice work.

People like you are the reason they don’t take us seriously.

But man, imagine me being actually excited for the Pzh and they do this… Like this is just bordering on contempt how they are doing this double standard.

It’s easy to say that “people like me are to blame” for Gaijin not being interested in the community and doing their own thing.
But the fact is that you should take a look at what the developers are doing.
The last top vehicles from the Germans were all more or less carelessly made and equipped with things they don’t use.
The PzH is just the icing on the cake.

Saying that Gaijin hates German tanks is what gives people who play Germany a bad name.

In general I think saying Gaijin hates Germany is nonsense, but it seems to apply to the PzH specifically, because otherwise I cant explain why allmost everything about it is wrong.

Like, reload aside:

  • Should be firing DM121/L15A2 & have access to SAP-Rounds, for some reason exclusively has a WW2-era american HE shell and a french one
  • gun specifically designed to outperform the M109A3, most shells perform WORSE than on the M109A1
  • Should be protected against 14.5mm Fire, not even protected against .50
  • Should have a spall-liner, nowhere to be found

The chinese PLZ05 is basically better at every conceivable metric than the PzH by a wide margin (the sole thing is does worse is the turret rotating very slightly slower), yet its at the same BR.

I’d be in favour of adding all of that, while also moving it up in BR, but I don’t want a fast reloading artillery vehicle with spall liners at 7.7.

I’m usually in favour of balance over realism, but not when the unrealistic aspects make something worse and less balanced.

Too bad gaijin clearly does.
