Leopard 2A4 C technologie /w DM33’s closest match in another tech tree would be the IPM1, so 11.3 most likely.

Challengers are kind of similar to the 2A4 exept slightly worse in every single category with nothing specifically bad
Vickers has bad armor
The 2A4 has :
Exelent armor, best of it’s br
Exelent gun handling
Exelent mobility
Good canon and round
Exelent survivability
At 11.7 the 2A4 would have :
Good armor that allow it to go hull down
Still good mobility
A slightly weak round that is negated by the good gun handling
The 2A4 could still be overpowered at 11.3

which was added to 10.7 to make a lineup with 2a4. But then got moved up due to “germany suffer”.
I do believe both of them have 40* max rotation speed so its no better. But Leo also has better elevation speed.
You have 50% winrate and 1.42 KD with PREMIUM Pzbtl123 (so not stock grind).
If thats what it takes for you to call vehicle overpowered you must logically conclude other vehicles you played you perform better in are also overpowered :^)
