sure, but this is just a result of br compression and it isnt a huge difference either. Ultimately the OF-40 is just a slightly more comfortable leopard 1, not a massive upgrade.

Ignoring the fact the Leopard is STABILIZED? Also, I hope you are referring to the 9.0 OF-40 because… the 8.0 OF-40 doesn’t have a stabilizer OR APFSDS
none of these tanks get dm13 dart, the of40 at 8.0 has a dm13 APDS which is nowhere near as good as dm23 apfsds

No, it doesn’t. it’s also APFSDS so it won’t shatter like APDS and it will do more damage than APDS
Less pen though and heat-fs is pretty good.
What part of “APFSDS has more pen” was confusing for you? APDS has less pen than APFSDS. HEAT is also not as good as APFSDS.

Gaijin could simply rename it to Leopard 1A1 and give it a stab. From memory that was the only difference.
Doesnt work for all tanks, also removes the original version for no reason instead of adding a new vehicle

why not the only purpose of 8.0 vehicles such as M60 leo 1 or T54s is to get curbstomped by 8.3s with stabs or curb stomp 7.7-7.0 heavy tank enjoyers
it is honestly getting to that point i can list of tons of things that didnt have stuff IRL in name sake of balance
