Kings of Battle - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 2)

I would imagine they are intending to add more advanced versions later down the line as there are quite a few advanced Mi8s that can fit into Brs as high as 11.0 potentially

The one we are getting is honestly a good stepping stone towards later versions

That could be a case.

This is just funny

Gotta reach part 3 somehow.

Seems like a safe bet. The N in Mi-28N means the Night Attack version.

You showed National Guard MI-8AMTSh without any guided weapon and another non-serial production version

base foxbat, i wouldnt call too advanced, it lacks a gun and good missiles, as far as im aware it only has r60s for ir missiles, with mediocre arh missiles, maybe the 25pd is the advanced one but otherwise i dont see why it wouldnt

Sorry, missread guided part, point still kind of stands, any AMTSh with guided weapons after this one would be better, thus higher BR, prototypes arent new for WT, any class of vehicles has some in TTs and premiums.

25P has 4x R-40 only right? 25PD has pulse doppler and 4x R-40 or 2x R-40 + 4x R-60.

I could be wrong though.
25P, only long range missiles, no maneuverability amd no PD when everyone else has lookdown wouldn’t perform very well. Would still love it though!

The MiG-25P’s radar (Smerch-A2), though not LD/SD, was so powerful (600kw) that there are stories of how it used to cook rabbits on the runway. They also successfully demonstrated its low altitude capabilities when in 1972 it shot down a MiG-15 drone at 1000m.

The RP-25M of the MiG-25PD was a heavy development of the RP-23ML taken from the MiG-23ML. It was an MTI radar but very capable. The PD model of the MiG-25 also had access to R-60Ms and improved R-40RD/TD missiles.

Does the Russian National guard has same colour scheme as Czech Air Force helicopters??

While that is an exaggeration, it surely did heated up a frozen chicken or rabbit i dont remember to to the eatable state.

Thank you for the clarification. Both would be great in War Thunder…at different Br’s of course.

Or the testicles of anyone walking by if they’d turn it on on the ground 😂

Welp, that would be a very funny prank to do to someone

It’s not an exaggeration. Belenko wrote about it in his book.
