Kings of Battle - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 2)

Also you lot are talking a TON this patch

I can’t speak for Ixtav, but I believe that prototypes should be added, as they add more variety to the game. You said that Britain shouldn’t get a prototype because it has a production equivalent. Russia has a production equivalent to the Yak-141. Now that I have spelled it out clearly for you, do you finally see the massive hole in your argument?

I definetly do think prototypes should be added, i want aicraft like the yak 141, tsr.2 etc

You literally said uk don’t need prototypes cause they have production vehicles and by that logic the yak141 shouldn’t be in the game as its not needed

Prototypes definitely have a place in War Thunder much like tested vehicles by certain nations imo

I fixed it BTW since there was an obvious mistype.

@Mysto
No, I didn’t say Britain shouldn’t get prototypes. I mistyped a terminology.

Yes, you did. You said Britain shouldn’t get prototypes.

Argument gets started cause of mistype

So now you change your post from “britian and south africa have production vehicles, therefore no prototypes and definetly no paper vehicles needed”

You are covering your tracks to make me look bad

Intresting going back to what Smin said about the Top aces F-16 he said.

“This particular F-16 really has nothing to do with the UK tree either.”

So I’m wondering if there is another F-16 in mind of yes that RNZAF F-16 : D

I wish we’d see a brit F-111

We’ve Kronshdat so I dont see an issue

Prototypes yes tested stuff unless it’s something that nation made for export then no. Things like the F-16AJ and a vast portion of Swedish trialed stuff should not be there imo. They should try to fill things with as much domestic options as possible even if it means nerfing or holding back certain vehicles in order to add it. Even after no possible addition are available i rather see a sub tree being added that fills those gaps then to see tested and trialed vehicles personally.

Same we order it and started to build it

F-111K, nearly finished airframe, would make sense

But you see the issue is there would be a multitude of holes and more then likely vehicles added far to soon or far to late, the AJ is a good example, we’d be stuck with a Phantom without its domestic Missle suffering against F16s 9Ms and R73s

Sweden wouldnt have a Squadron tank nor a Heli Prem

In case anyone is wondering this is razers original post that he edited, thank god quotes dont change

Spoiler

This is where the argument that the Yak-141 should then get removed stems from, if one nation cant get vehicles because they are prototypes, then why should another?

If you read my post correctly thats why i said “They should try to fill things with as much domestic options as possible even if it means nerfing or holding back certain vehicles in order to add it.” If we use Japan as an example what Gaijin should of done is added the XF-2A with a F-16 radar instead of the AJ it would of been a domestic option, fills that gap and would be more real. The only issue would be guided cas but that is also why i said if there aren’t options a sub tree can be added.

Dude, misinterpreting a slightly mistyped post doesn’t make you look bad.
It’s partially my fault for not catching it sooner that I type “prototype” instead of the “import trialed” I thought I saw.

That wasn’t a “slightly mistyped post”. You could not have written that way unless you did it on purpose.
