They have all the stuff to do it they just not used for that

but f18 made for American carriers with the catapult but uk usesski ramps so would that effect it for that

Depends on the carrier modeled. Not all have ramps. Sea harrier repalced the Phantom FG1 before that they used catapult
I have no idea, I am clueless when it comes to ships and aircraft carriers
I just know the canadians kept most features for carrier use and the aussies only got rid of the automatic landing system and the catapult attachments
More like WT 's own: some of the new WW2 AI ones added last year are the player-controlled ones previously found in the files of WT Mobile, and that game also had USS Forrestal and USS Midway present.
W/ the various pieces of other features of modern NF warships( missiles ) being found here, as well as the sharing of vehicles between WT and WTM, I think we’ll be moving into other types of vessel after Battleship additions complete.
Which would leave the GB TT in an awkward spot w/o India, as their own carriers jet equipment skip from Gen 3+ to Gen 5.

Both CF-18s were suitable for carrier based operation afaik
I don’t know how ramp based takeoff works exactly, but if it does like I would imagine it to even export models would work for carrier based operation, as they only lacked the automatic carrier landing system (and in case of the Aussie F/A-18, a catapult attachment)

Kinda would prefer a hole and just be more heavily dependent on other types of vessels. Air and ground, fine, maybe we’ll need some commonwealth stuff… but… Naval needs to remain royal navy
if we also assume this is air to naval attack more than air to air. Then so long as its got some decent ASMs, then I also dont think it would matter much. Also even in Air to Air. FA2 can hold its own vs Gen 4, with the right tactics.

I mean if we wait a little while, there was plans drawn up to fit the QE with cats and traps initially for drone operations with plans to later make a complete swap to CATOBAR using either the F-35C or its replacement

Yep, QE was designed for electric CATOBAR to be added anywhere and anytime, I think future proof for the 6th Gen

Yep… Though it is a real shame we’d dont have any ramp launch carriers for WT. Taking off in a Sea Harrier from a British carrier is an amazing change in SB, but using CATOBAR to take off in a SHar just feels… wrong somehow
