These 2 are just different capable variants of things we do already have in the same or better versions. So Germany wouldn’t get the best
Tbf a swiss F5 or F18 wouldnt be bad, the hunter was just hated on because they gave the only useful hunter variant to Germany.
Imagine if the only competent F18 was given to finland and not the US and the reaction to that

just like the MiG-21 SPS/SPS-K those are both MiG-21PFMs and the Soviets didn’t redesignate those with cannons
but they got redesignated because the Lsk. der NVA had previously Redesignated their MiG-21PFs as PFM and thus couldn’t use that short anymore

They were not supplied to the USSR, only to Germany, then it seems they were sold to India after reunification
