I mean isn’t the 2023 version only different in ERA and thermals?
So tell me how many years does have to be to add these “special cases” it’s already been 5 and planes are being added in other trees that they haven’t used clearly for this reason.
There is discussion that it also has faster reverse speed, but the source is only a single video where they are following the BVM in a car.
Problem is they are claiming around -25 km/h reverse speed, but they conveniently don’t show the speedometer at all while filming inside said car.
So if Gaijin adds it with the better reverse speed, they would pretty much admit that they have lied to a lot of people over the past few years about the sources in bug reports not being good enough.
The Foxbat is still quite advanced for the game… even for the F-15…
The F-15 should be pretty close now, but the Mig 25 will still outperform the F-15 and pretty much every thing else in game… so hard to say if / when it would arrive… the British tree still does not have a top tier equivalent for what we have in game right now, should change in the next update or so… so really the game is not quite ready for its introduction… just have to stay tuned and see what happens in the next few major content updates
But, still, I dont think some truly understand the power of the Foxbat…

It would be fast, and that is it. It’s not maneuverable and its weaponry is nothing special.

It did also out run F-14s in combat
maneuverability is not everything that counts

Speed is not everything that counts. You can run away all you want, but if you’re not able to kill anyone that is paying attention, then you’re not going to be doing much.

The problem is that the facts remain…
Also, Mig 25 can climb to around 90,000ft… thats something like 40,000ft more than the next best thing in game
But… as I said, just have to wait and see what happens in the next few updates

And if anyone does, that contrail going to be so fat and the plane so unmanoeuvrable that they are just begging for a Fox 1 up their ass.
