“You got no relation to”, Australia gained independence in 1986 and received the AIM a long time after, India gained independence in 1947, we have even less relation with them. This whole discussion is about consistancy.
Also in comparison. The Royal family is still head of state right? and politically and economically they are closer tied than either India and South Africa (and south africa has never been happy about being in the Commonwealth If I recall)

If Britain should have gotten any Sub tree. Canada, Australia, New Zealand and 1 or 2 others, would have been 1000x better than SA. Even if they were still strictly speaking “commonwealth nations”

That’s why im okay with indigenous build vehicles in the British Tree like the ADATS.
The T-90 could have easily been the Arjun but it simple Gaijin bas decisioning.
But how do you define indigenous builds? Completely from scratch or just modified?

If that’s the case playing it like how we did the Benelux would be best. With my bad research, Canada would most likely be the face, Australia the Sub tree and New Zealand there unofficially.
