9Ms & AMRAAMs are the minimum IRCCM loadout, which is likely what Gaijin will aim for next year.

Because using a vehicle is not the same as developing it. The MiG-29A 9.12A is very much still Soviet despite the fact that East Germany used it. It is the same here.
