Why should companies over ride a nation that used it ?
Because using a vehicle is not the same as developing it. The MiG-29A 9.12A is very much still Soviet despite the fact that East Germany used it. It is the same here.

I mean if the depiction in game is that of one used by India, then id argue they should attach the Indian flag to it. If its some prototype that noone used, then yeah stick to british flag.
