Kings of Battle - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 1)

Yes, all of the nations that have IFVs with that feature.
Sadly it’s been proven that Lvkv 9040C is the only Swedish vehicle with the FCS that can utilize the sight’s air lock-on capability. The rest use different fire control systems.

@Volxar
Those additions were added after the feature, my statement was about the feature addition, not all vehicles with the feature.

meanwhile some nations have no IFVs at high tier

uh… I could be mistaken, But Britains only IFV is the Warrior and it does not have that feature. Therefore it was not added to all nations

Ah yes the famous Freccia and VBCI that were added together with the 2S38.

I hope you realize that for the majority of WW2 Yugoslavia didn’t exist either. Yugoslavias main point if interest would be Cold War.
Quite unfortunate to make such generalist statements without even knowing what makes the country interesting for the game.

Nations need not exist to be added in the game.
Practically every nation in game has seen major shifts in their global standing and government that makes them an entirely different entity from what it used to be.
Think of Germany, Japan and Italy for example.
Nations that don’t exist still have trees though. USSR is one of the big three….

which
then becomes into russia

Somewhat off topic, but does anyone have any information regarding the reload rate of the VT-4 tank? Originally I thought it would be the same autoloader as all other Chinese tanks but then I saw this video:

At 5:11 onward you can see the autoloader in action, and the actual mechanism only seems too take 5 seconds too reload once the gun is level (too my understanding gajjin only counts the speed of an autoloader itself).

wat

The video I linked suggests the the VT-4 actually has a quick reload relative too other Chinese tanks, and I’m just curious if there’s anything else that backs this up

Yes, Gaijin only takes into account the reload time that is marked on a statcard. It does not get influenced by damage to the autoloader or gun level. Manually loaded tanks get influenced by crew injuries though.
An exception to this is vehicles such as M901, which need to get their turret into a certain position before being able to reload, but these vehicles are only a select few.

So?

so ussr does not exist but the tech tree passes onto russia

Well then I’d hope that the video I’ve linked would be enough too prove that when the VT-4 does come too the game(it’s been found in the files for a while now) that it should have around a 5 second autoloader rather than the usual 7.1 seconds

Yes… it’s one of the initial points I made

I’m not too familiar with what sources generally say is the reload time, but the stated time on said sources is likely what Gaijin would base it on.
They generally use documents to determine such data and a video like this wouldn’t bee seen as valid evidence.
Then again, that’s a very big “usually” now that basically all rank VI+ vehicles are all guesstimations.

I guess so, tho Im not sure if their are any concrete data sheets about the VT-4 and it’s rate of fire. This video seems like pretty conclusive evidence on the other hand that it actually possess a faster autoloader than regular Chinese tanks, but we’ll have too see first what gajjin decides too do when this tank is added too the game and go from there…

It’s only a matter of time until it gets added now that Gaijin stated the first line in the Chinese tree will be used for export vehicles from the PRC.
And when that time is due, my WMA301 will ride again.

As I had also mentioned too, it has been found in the files for some time now, so we know it’s being worked on, and my hope is that it will be coming before the year is over. I’m already in love with the MBT-2000, so now I just have too hope that the MBT-3000 comes soon, and in its most modern configuration

it doesnt prove much, the 5.11 footage doesnt show the complete reload, seconds later it actually shows a complete reload and it takes well over 10s not 5, the 10+s is due to skipping several rounds on the autoloader
