Ka-50 is overtiered at 11.3

I forgot to mention that they immediately start shitting out CMs as the missile in launched. Considering this happen every time I highly doubt MAWs don’t have a play in this.
That being said, I have some experience in other top tier AAs and I can’t recall an instance where top tier heli equipped with MAWs ate the missile while being completely oblivious to the threat.

Those “bowl” style maps where the entire battlefield is surrounded by hills are helicopter player’s biggest wet dream. I seriously don’t know how people get killed there by SAMs when using top tier helis.

I’d say the battle rating is perfectly fine… HOWEVER, you are most vunerable to planes and other helicopters spawn camping heli spawns than SPAAs if you use your brainpower, specially when you are going to reload flares/chaff since they are used quite quickly.

The problems with the Ka-50 could be easily solved with propor AAA on heli spawns, even if just to alert about nearby jets as it used to before they removed the damage they dealt… and then removed the AAA themselves.
Helis are loud, and unless you are using FnF helis, you will spend most of the time zooming in the battlefield to spot enemies (specially with KA-50 that doesnt have thermals), and planes can easily get very close and kill you since you would need extra attention to hear them, or not since many just put 0% thrust to be silent.

Speaking of SPAAs, there are many that are a great threat to KA50, Roland, Flakrad are the worst enemies, usually you can avoid the first missile but if you climb again above the treeline you will die quite fast, but SPIKES are very deadly if you are flying near the first Helipoint (4 to 5km), if you don’t notch and fly away immedietly upon seeing a Laser Warning for just 1 or 2 seconds, you will die to Spikes.
Among other threats that can take a KA50 down easily, it isn’t OP, neither overtiered, just the Helipads needs a rework to either bring AAA back, or make all planes flying in the “Restricted Air Zone” not only show on map as it is, but also have a marker like Air RB, that would be best even for planes, to avoid people space climbing above air spawn to spawn camp
