It happened to me on several occasions, i was TK on purpose just because I was in a faster plane and going for a base that another player wanted.

I won’t say I’m innocent. I blast any twitch streamer advertising their channel down. Prop planes at high tier get shot. People telling crappy jokes get tk’d. Hey it’s whatever lesson learned, but to start banning people for tk’s that serve no purpose to the game? Just take the tk’s out if that’s what we’re doing. Is there an argument for team damage? What does having team damage enabled add? Honestly I thought it was enabled so I could blast down people that needed it.

TK feature just add a bit more of realism, and personally i like it. You have to be a better pilot to avoid that.
This is the kind of behavior that deserves a ban.

Ok and what happens if they are intentionally trying to ram you into the ground? Should you ignore them? Realistically the most logical solution is shooting them down. Cause they would do the same to you and have no intentions to listen to reason.
Said in a couple of these but it seriously should depend on the situation and the context of the situation. You shouldn’t be punished for dealing with what is essentially a troll who intends to do that. It’s going to simply make those doing these types of passive-aggressive equivalents become more frequent. Which are no different from Team killing. But these will go under the radar.

During the match…where a report does nothing because its only associated to that of the Chat-Moderators.

Replay Reports->Are Post-match.
That logic you wrote makes 0 sense if the situation is during the match because of how the report system has been set up.
Your basically telling me or some one else to do nothing and let them ruin everyone’s fun who are trying to enjoy the match.

In air it causes you to be more careful. In ground rb it would be basically impossible to accidentally teamkill. Stop whining about being punished for being an asshat…

What about you learn on what you shoot, before you actually shoot?
Since 2012, all real players (not casual shit coming in a game because of a Film) agreed to say that TK is realistic, should happen and makes people to think before shooting like crazy.
So either you don’t know when to shoot safe, or either you don’t care and just don’t wanna learn.
But in both scenarios, you’re at fault.
You just add a different issue to the current thread,… don’t be so dramatic but create one thread that will be specific to your problem.
Oh, I don’t have an issue cause I rarely to never play any actual Air RB matches anymore. Kind of retired from that. However, most of these forum topics are being made because many being banned or temp banned are in fact innocent or were defending everyone else from the 1 guy trying to teamkill everyone but are getting punished for doing a selfless act.
The word is Many. Some of the forum topics related to this are fully acceptable. Cause those specific people are true teamkillers aka trolls. But others aren’t.
Breaking established game rules, which have been in place for over a decade is selfless? It is called take the L, let that person be banned and move on. Plus MANY can be “Claiming” whatever they want. Fact of the matter is, they teamkilled enough times to get slapped with it… so… yeah. I have accidentally teamkilled numerous times, never enough to be baned. Trying to be some white knight in game by intentionally teamkilling someone is a violation of the rules.
Until this ban wave I was under the impression you would have to report someone for Teamkilling for it to count at all and not just have some program count EVERY TK.
If it happens on takeoff or when I beat someone to a base, then I will report that person, if it is during a furball I don’t bother because it was for sure not intentional.
This gaslighting from Moderators, Game Masters and Community Managers that will tell people that all TK is intentional and that it is your fault if a missile goes astray is absolutely ridiculous!

Gaijin always said, that if you TK back, then you’ll be ban aswell, for maintainning the TK circle going.
This have been said Several times by YEARS since 2012.
You’re TKing back = you’re TKing = breaking the rules you sweared to follow when accepting Term of Use, and General Conditions.

Your missile normaly goes for the target you shoot at if it goes for a teamate it is your fault because you shoot the missile so that the teamate went through the FOV of the missile this normaly happens when you don’t take care of your teammates and shoot your missile of when its likely that it goes for our teamate because he chases the enemy too
Go over to the official post and read through the comments from yesterday evening, it really got to the point where people will tell that they are basically perfect players, never TK anyone because they shoot their missiles either never or only when there is n omore friendlies left (I assume).
