Cas technically have a higher top aswell since they goes as far as 13.0, which is funny as it is the same as when the ground top tier was 12.0 a year ago, even after all of the improvement on cas

pretty crazy exploit but its legal SOOO you can buy a premium 12.0 ground rating and bring just 1 ground vehicles = free top tier tank

Type 90 by far one of the best 11.7, only undertiered Abrams M1A1 and IPM1 are better. You have one of the best MBT mobility in the entire game and 4s autoloader, that all you really need to do filthy things.
Rather than it going down Gaijin just needs to finally fix zoom (there is accepteb bug report) and fix NERA module coverage in the turret (kinda mirginal to insignificant improvement but still).
Same goes for Type 10, they just need to fix mobility (unlikely to happen), or give it regenerative steering (more likely), implement nano-crystaline steel (again there is accepted bug report). Maybe buff reload to 3.7-3.4 that is confirmed by videos and it is good to go. It is already an okay MBT.

first this player base says Russian bais then Russian tanks become proven trash they move to Japan needing a rebalance because its not the best only 1 tank can be the best and that’s 2a7 everything else is runnerup or mid or trash its that simple stop coping for 1 second
Type 10/TKX are really underperforming and Should be better, both gameplay and historical accuracy wise.
Here he is again, talking about a BR he has no clue about.
SEPv3/trophy is the best MBT purely skill ceiling wise, 2A7 is lower skill floor but also a lower skill ceiling.

It is to show that the best performing tank stats wise is not always the best tank capability wise.
It was a test to see if you would disagree with the M1A1 being crowned as the best because of statistics.
