Exept that’s not the case… a lot of “popular” tanks are doing far worse than the fuji, from the previous 12 in popularity only the a7v or the click bait are pulling similar k/d and k/s.

better K/D yes but the team as a whole will be better than Japanese fuji teams because Usa gets best or 2nd best CAS in game and 4th best tank currently so its still mid

There youre not comparing the fuji, but the line up buddy, having a worse line up doesnt make a tank worse per se
Type 90 has two of the best stats your can have in the game.
- Mobility
- Reload speed
You can always avoid getting hit with weaker armour or aim a bit better with a slightly lower pen shell.
But you cannot force your tank to drive faster or handle better and you cannot force your tank to reload faster.
I don’t think lowering their BR is the right call here. I haven’t played any of these in a while, so I wouldn’t know how they perform right now, but if they do underperform there is plenty of fixes that should be done before deciding to lower their BR.
Both the Type 10 and Type 90 still don’t have their maximum reload speed (~3.2s sustained, ~2.2s for a pre readied follow-up shot), Type 10 mobility still underperforms comparatively due to the games simplified transmission modelling and the Type 10s armor layout is inaccurate in many places (though this is a case of “We know it’s wrong, but don’t know how exactly it should be right”, so right now I doubt this could be changed).
They should only be moved down in BR when they are performing to the best of their abilities, meaning any fix that can be done with available information has been done, and they still underperform.
yes it does USA gets a HSTVL and Japan gets more Fuji’s 1 tank = 2 spawns max and after it dies the team loses that’s why Japan is so far in its win rate bracket

yes 50% is mid but above 53% is good and 55% is great so type90 is mid what’s the issue that doesn’t mean it can perform but its just not the best not the worse what does that equal MID
Not being the “best” or the “worst” doesnt make it automatically mediocre, it isnt a black or white situation.

The fact that the Type 10 is able to hang with considerably superior tanks (except for the EMBT and Mk.4M) is pretty impressive.
