The simple fact that he’s asking for it to go up by two steps already says everything. If he understood anything about the serious compression of the game he wouldn’t be suggesting that.
Asking for a big BR increase is usually a sign of someone who is exceedingly frustrated and doesn’t try to actually understand what’s going on

Skyflash DFs are actually much harder to roll due to having nearly double the prox fuse radius of a Aim-7.
But yeah, between the Viggen being a mid airframe, only having 2 and substantially stronger airframes at 11.7. Its fine at 11.3
and? if your only argument as to why it should move up is that it has a PD radar with SARH at 11.3, then surely that should be applied universally.
But looking at the Viggen C fully, as a complete platform. Its fine at 11.3. It is definetly weaker than 11.7 platforms such as the Mig-23s

Was not aware of that. They can still be multi pathed with ease though and the Viggen only gets 2 of them. Not sure how there is any argument for it to go up.
Yep, that they can, though if they ever change MP to be on a missile by missile basis, then that wouldnt be the case.

Comparing the JA37C to a notoriously overpowered plane is not a good argument for it being weak.
The question is not “is the Viggen C weak at its BR?” the question is “What BR should the Viggen C be in the current compression?”
The Viggen C is fine at 11.3, it is quite capable, but can it realistically be 11.7? No. and should it be 12.0 as OP wants it to be? defiently not. and is it unfairly strong at 11.3? I dont think so. Its advantages can currently be mitigated.
So yes, if we ever actually get decent decompression, it should be relatively speaking higher, but I dont think it would actually end up any higher than aircraft like the F-4E

The Mig-23 is not OP. It has 2R24’s which are good, and 4 R60M’s which are okay. It’s good, don’t get me wrong, but it’s not OP.
If you struggle fighting both of these aircraft, either you are playing something like the F104, which I understand, or you just plain aren’t good and don’t know how to counter SARH PD missiles, which I don’t understand.
Either way, you are smoking crack if you think the Viggen should go up.

And you ignored the radar having issues with locking, R60M’s getting flared after a singular flare, and a terrible gun.
See, Id like to believe you that you are a decent player with decent skill. But calling the Mig-23 overpowered is crazy. It’s good. It’s pretty damn good for 11.7. It is not overpowered.
And let me ask again: Have you played the Viggen or are you pulling this out of your ass?
