Mig-23MLD is not under-BR’d. Claiming such a thing is implying F-4Es are under-BR’d as well as F-4FGR2.
As shown by the fact Mig-23ML is the only fighter at 11.7, without it at 11.7, it makes no sense to have that BR when it’s inferior to the PD F-4s, and slightly superior to the F-4E.

Nope. It’s flight performance allows it to dictate the battle from up high and get on target with PL-5B. It can out-dogfight just about anything it faces, and can easily get away from any radar missile fired by MiG-23/F-4. The fact you’ve equated the PL-5 to an AIM-9L… Make no mistake, J-7E is eating good.
